Born and raised between Norway and the United States, I grew up immersed in two cultures and developed a strong appreciation for discipline, hard work, and personal growth. Athletics were a central part of my upbringing, with combat sports and sailing becoming the passions that shaped my character the most.

My path has been marked by both challenges and transformation. After reaching a point where I weighed over 300 pounds and didn't want to live anymore, my life changed completely through my faith in Jesus Christ. What followed was more than a physical transformation; it was a renewed sense of purpose, direction, and identity.

Today, I'm simply grateful to be where I am. The opportunities in front of me, the lessons I've learned, and the person I'm becoming are all a result of God's grace. I know I wouldn't be here without the Lord, and Jesus continues to guide every part of my life. Praise and Glory to Him.
